Product Description:
This is Xhorse replacement battery for Dolphin XP-005 and XP-005L automatic key cutting machine.
How to replace the battery?
First use a 2.5mm hex wrench to remove the screws located on the bottom of the case.
Remove the bottom plate by sliding it from the front to the back of the machine.
Then, use a 2mm hex wrench to remove the screws that secure the handle covers on each side of the machine.
Then, with a 2.5mm hex wrench, remove the screws holding the battery.
Unplug and remove the old battery.
Plug in new battry, install and replace screws.
After the side grips and bottom plate are screwed back on, you're done.

This post will guide you on how to test the battery of your Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 / Dolphin XP-005L key cutting machine.Warning: Please recharge it for an hour or more before testing the battery.
Step 1. Use a 2mm hex wrench to remove the screws that secure the handle covers on each side of the machine.
Step 2. Use a 2.5mm hex wrench to remove the screws located on the bottom of the case, then remove the bottom plate.
Step 3. Remove the screws holding the battery and disconnect 3 connectors to remove the battery.
Tips: It's best to take a picture before unplugging the cable, so you can remember how to plug it back in.
Step 4. Short the two pins of the starter switch and use a multimeter to test the two pins of the output terminal. If there is no 24 V voltage output, the battery does not store electricity and must be replaced.
