Only plug in the USB cable to connect vvdi prog, if the yellow light does not flash, the vvdi prog is broken and needs to be repaired

Cable received! but the vvdi asks for connected 12v adapter, while it is plugged in!! I changed the 12v adapter twice and still didn't work!!
