Notice about xhorse product language:

1. For mini key tool, key tool and key tool max , those 3 device language it can change those any languages customer want, no limited 

2. For key tool plus, mini prog and panda machine, those 3 device is open with 5 language : Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese  
Which means customer can select any languge from those 5 language, the rest language beside those 5, only xhorse local dealer can activate related language 
For example: Russian language for key tool plus, mini prog and panda machine, only xhorse russia dealer can activate it to customer
