I am a locksmith in the uk, I won’t to start cutting car keys and programming keys the Dolphin machine is perfect, will I pay import duty tax at all, can you help and offer support with the machine.

Hi friend Malcolm We receive your message on our website. You want to buy a dolphin xp-005 and ask questions about tariffs.
Dolphin xp-005 Currently there is no stock in the European warehouse, and the new stock is still in transit. It will take about 5-10 days to arrive. If you are willing to wait 5-10 days, we can ship from the European warehouse without tariffs.
However, the inventory in the European warehouse is relatively tight, and there are already many out of stock. You can place an order first, and we reserve a stock for you, so that the delivery can be arranged immediately after arrival.

Hi I’ve just purchased a x horse key max and it didn’t give me the option to change the language to English and when I rebooted it just comes up in Chinese again can you help me please
